Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@tressimo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition as when received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@tressimo.com.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be accepted if requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
We aim to ship all orders on the same day, so once a package has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you still wish to return the item after shipment, please refer to our Return Policy and initiate a return after receiving the product.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
